The property has undergone some restoration, including the reinstalling of timber ceiling beams, a newly fitted kitchen and updated bathrooms. It’s a comfortable home with two bright and airy bedrooms, a sheltered barbecue terrace and a lovely roof terrace that has great views over the surrounding landscapes.

The bustling village of Cuevas de San Marcos has everything you might need in terms of amenities, and it’s all on the doorstep.

    Ground Floor

Entrance hall that doubles up as a small study or office. Small but comfortable sitting room with exposed timber beams. Spacious, newly fitted kitchen breakfast room with access to a utility patio and a cellar. Ground floor shower room.

    First Floor

Two attractive and bright bedrooms. The main bedroom has access to the barbecue terrace and a recently refurbished shower room.

A spiral staircase leads from the barbecue terrace up to the main roof terrace - a generous sun-trap of a space with lovely views over the rooftops to the surrounding countryside. There is plenty of room up here for sun loungers and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Whether for your own use, or for use as a holiday rental (subject to obtaining a tourism license) this is a great little property for spending some time in the sun, close to beautiful nature and in a thriving traditional village.
